Moderators: Information & Recruitment

Are you ready to serve as a volunteer moderator?

Moderators are players who spend some of their free time helping out the Settlers team in the game chat and on the forums. They do this by making sure that the rules are respected, and also by helping other settlers enjoy the game.

It is very important that you know that our moderators are volunteers and work only out of the kindness of their hearts. So make sure to be respectful towards them as it's not always easy to moderate a busy channel or a forum!

We are currently accepting applications for community volunteer moderators. However, before you apply, please keep in mind that the recruiting process is a lengthy one. Patience is a feature that is needed as a moderator and rest assured we will get in touch with you if you are selected. In order to be able to communicate with you and provide every moderator with good training, we require that all applicants are able to communicate in simple English, in addition to the instance's language.
