There had been no server downtimes for The Settlers Online since April 5th. Try restarting your internet connection, wait for a few minutes for your device to connect and launch the game again.

If you are still unable to connect to the game, please provide additional information, such as the error message you may have received, the troubleshooting you have done, the browser (and its version) you are using and if you are on WiFi or Wired connection.
